At Converse, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log in to your Converse account, navigate to 'My Orders', select the items you wish to return, and submit your online return application.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in the original shoe box or shipping carton, ensuring all original tags, accessories, and the packing slip are included.

• 3.
  Hand Over to Courier

  Schedule a pickup with our designated logistics partner or drop off the package at an authorized service point using the provided return shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
